The world began with The Big Bang; maybe it’ll end with The Big Slam. From the prickly approach of rap to the passion of spoken word, from engrossing story-telling to  enthralling theatre, listen to words and style collide, and decide the ultimate winner of this cosmic concoction of live-lit.

First Draft put together a team of 3 playwrights, to battle it out in literature slam-style against teams of poets, rappers and storytellers. Who will be victorious?

Our team of playwrights, who battled it out against the other teams of poets and storytellers, were:

Abi Hynes (with actors Ben Jewell and Laura Danielle Sharp)

James Leach (with actor Emma Romy Jones)

Jenny May Morgan
