Daniel Carpenter – Lesser Known Dictatorships

It’s time for #FirstDraftFridays once again, and this week we’re featuring the brilliant Daniel Carpenter. Daniel is a fiction writer who has performed at First Draft several times. He also blogs about films, comics, writing, video games, and all sorts of other interesting things.

Watch Dan read his ‘serious historical essay’, Lesser Known Dictatorships, at First Draft here:

If you like Dan (we do), you can read more of his work on his blog, Winter Hill. You can watch more of his performances here.

Dan also co-runs the ever-wonderful Bad Language, whose very popular live literature nights take place every month at the Castle Hotel.
